Clinic Locations

Turn into Forest Central Business Park road and head down the driveway, the building is at the end on the left (each building has a clearly marked number, looks for the “7” ).

Enter the foyer at the bottom (next to the large green “7”) and take the lift to level 2. Turn right out of the lift and suite 24 is the first suite on the right.

Parking is below the building, but if there are no spaces you may be able to find a park in spaces nearby (depending if you have an appointment at Brellah opposite, or pathology or radiology appointments at the front of the Business Park). There is also lots of parking in adjacent streets and Dan Murphy’s behind which is under 100m walk.

Public Transport – Bus 166 (running between Frenchs Forest and Manly through Dee Why) stop right outside the business park and is a convenient way to travel.

The suite is inside the Hospital on level 2…This is NOT in the adjacent San Clinic Building, rather it is INSIDE the Hospital.

If you park in the Hospital carpark on level 2, there is a reception desk there and the staff can direct you around the corner to Suite 201.

Otherwise you can go to the main entrance on level 4 reception, and the reception staff can direct you where to go (via the lifts to level 2).

Once you pass the electronic doors at the entrance to the Tulloch area, the suite is the first one on the right.

The Suite is on the Hospital Grounds but in Building opposite main entrance (Concord Hospital Medical Centre).

Parking either ticketed in Parking lot on Hospital road beyond Hospital, or some 2 hour street parking nearby

Enter the building Entrance as seen below, Covid check in here, then take lift to level 6.

Clinic entrance is just next to lift on level 6.

Parking – on street nearby or at shopping centre. Also paid parking adjacent to Campbelltown Private Hospital.

From Centennial drive, go up stairs into the building as seen below, and go to suite 3 on the ground level.
